Stephanie Duncan is a woman from North Annville. She has been accused of abusing and assaulting five adopted children.
She pleaded guilty on Wednesday, October 22, 2021, to her charges. She faces up to 288 years in prison and $65,000 in fines.

Stephanie Duncan is 42 years old mother of five adopted children. She has been described as the primary abuser of her children.
The Anville resident abused the kids via physical punishment, food-water deprivation. She also neglected their heat and bathroom privileges.
The poor children were beaten, strangled, and locked outside in bad weather.
In her defend, she claims to be suffering from depression anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Duncan appeared on a video from prison before Lebanon County Judge. Her sentence will be handed down at a hearing on December 22, 2021.
Stephanie had received government funding to help support five adopted children. However, the money was used for their own personal shake.
She and her husband arrived in Lebanon county in 2009. Eventually, they adopted three children, who are homeschooled.
After finalizing the children’s adoption in 2014, their abuse began to escalate. In fact, the Duncans also created a caste system among the kids.

Stephanie Duncan and her husband Robert John Duncan live in the 2700 block of Cedar Run Road.
Both now face multiple counts of aggravated assault on children. They are also blamed for tampering with the evidence.
The couple was under the radar from January 2021. They were suspected after an 11-year-old son was rushed to Hershey Medical Center.
He was found to be unresponsive and hypothermic. Further, the investigation led to the discovery of children with bruises on their body parts.
Among the five children, James was singled out for the most extreme abuse. He was forced to eat soap and hot pepper and deprived of toilet access.
As of Wednesday, the Duncans remained in Lebanon County Prison.
