Pittsburgh Maulers Coaching Staff includes Ray Horton, Jarren Horton, John Tomlinson, Steve Meyer, Rick Courtright, Marc Hull and more.
Last season, the team was under Kirby Wilson and had the poorest run in the USFL.
The 2023 season was hanging by a thread as the franchise registered only two wins from the first eight fixtures. The saving grace was the last two games, where they defeated Michigan Panthers by 19-7 and New Jersey Generals by 26-6.
It was enough for them to top the North Division table with a 4-6 record. On 24th June, they faced the Panthers at the Division Finals. The game went to over time, and the Maulers emerged victorious with a 31-27 score.
The stage is set for a fantastic USFL Championship match against Birmingham Stallions on the 1st of July. The Stallions won their Divison Finals against New Orleans Breakers by 47-22.
The Stallions will look to make it two titles in a row and are heavily favored with -275 odds. The Maulers are the underdogs with +230 odds.
The game is for anyone to take, as the Maulers are on a three-game win streak and will have to give their all to present a challenge for the defending champions.
