The Julius Jones Case: What Actually Happened?
Julius Jones was convicted and given a death sentence in 1999 after he pled guilty to killing Paul Howell.
However, the convict has continued asserting his claim of innocence. He is positive that he didn’t commit any murder and he was framed by a co-defendant named Christopher Jordan.
Jones was convicted based on the testimony of Megan Tobey who described the man as having long hair, which doesn’t match Julius at the time. But his attorney reportedly failed to provide the photo of him having short hair.
He is to face execution this Thursday.
