Chethana was transported to Kaade Hospital at 5.30 p.m. by anesthetist Melvin and the plastic surgery specialists, who threatened to treat her as if she had experienced a heart attack.
No patient file, doctor’s recommendation note, or other paperwork detailing her illness was presented to them, according to Dr. Sandeep.
When the patient was checked, she was found to have ‘No Pulse,’ thus CPR was started at the request of Dr Melvin and his colleagues.
After 45 minutes of effort, the patient could not be revived and was pronounced dead.
