Chad Brown, a horse trainer from Saratoga Springs, New York, was taken into custody on a charge of criminal obstruction of respiration on Wednesday.
An “ongoing investigation” is being conducted, according to Paul Veitch, a spokesman for the Saratoga Springs Police Department, who talked to Matt Hegarty of DRF.
