Bui Van Phu from New York has been arrested after he was caught on film punching another person and cracking his skull, he has been charged with attempted murder.
A New York man punched another person outside a diner and caused some serious harm. His knockout punch cracked the victim’s skull and the victim has been hospitalized and recovering. The victim’s sister claims the punch caused serious harm to her brother.
In the surveillance video, we can see Bui Van Phu sneaking behind the victim and punching him on his head without apparent reason. The video does not show any alteration or fight prior to the punch. The victim right away fell to the floor and was seen unconsciously laying there.
Authorities have apprehended Phu and he has been charged with attempted murder in the vicious assault.

He was apprehended by the authorities from the scene after the police responded to a 911 call about the incident.
Bui has been charged with attempted murder after the serious incident as the punch left the victim identified as Jesus Cortes skull cracked and him fighting for his life at Jacobi Medical Center.
