Hours after Siller was slain, Rhoden was arrested by the Chamblee Police Department on DUI, giving false ID, and other vehicle and traffic offenses, according to DeKalb County records.
According to Fox 5 Atlanta, he was booked into the jail on July 4 morning and freed two days later on bond.
Rhoden is reported to have been apprehended after being summoned to the police station to answer to other charges, and was then taken into custody for the Pinetree killings “without incident.”
Three men were murdered at the Pinetree Country Club, and no suspects had been identified previously.
