Brendan Harvey got involved in inflicting physical harm upon a woman in a mart at 9:30 p.m. His act made people question this mental health as it came as a shock to everyone.
Assault is an illegal act that is carried out without the consent of the second person against which legal action is taken. Brendan had been in the custody for what he had done in the mart.

Bredan Harvey known as Bredan Jarmal Harvey is a 28 years old man of Miami Gardens. It is not clear why he tried to rape the shopper in a mart, whether he was in his senses or not.
Usually, such incidents will take place where people’s movement will be minimal. But he chooses a mart where other shoppers were around. He didn’t think that his attempt will fail and he could end up behind the bar.
Miami-Dade police officers took him into custody, and later he was transported to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. In addition, he was being held on no bond when he was caught.
The incident is disturbing to other shoppers finding it unsafe. He was in bond court Monday where a judge revealed he was already on probation. The judge set the bond at $50,000.

Bredan Harvey got arrested for attempted assault in Walmart. He attacked a woman who was shopping in the store located in the 3200 block of Northwest 79th Street.
Bredan lifted her dress from behind and pushed her to the ground. The victim screamed for help when her clothes were ripped off according to the arrest report.
The news is all over the media and Youtube. Another shopper who witnessed the incident, then said they started finding it scary thinking how shopping could turn into such a nightmare.
