A flight attendant reportedly stopped Hoilett from exiting the row to make room for the passenger. When Hoilett begged for more space, the attendant replied, “Is this going to be a problem?”
The same attendant then asked Hoilett to use her seatbelt passive-aggressive tone.
Things gradually deteriorated, and the family was ordered to disembark before the plane took off.
At one point, a white male flight attendant with shoulder-length light blondish hair forcibly rushed over Ms. Kam and the infant and smacked Allan’s phone out of his hand in an attempt to prevent the father from filming the events.
