Evil Under the Sun was filmed at the Lee International Studios in London and Majorca, Spain, with Peter Ustinov.
The movie was shot in several locations in England and Spain. It is known that the location of Majorca was suggested by the director himself. Sir Horace’s boat scenes were shot off the coast of Sant Elm.
The cast and crew members were at Cala d’en Monjo to shoot the exteriors of the Daphene and Cove Hotel, and other parts of the hotel were captured at the Raixa Estate in Bunyola.
The ariel scene showcased in the film is of Sa Dragonera, which is located on the west coast of Majorca, and the police station scene was shot at the former Litreray Institute in Muker, Swaledale.

He was active until the year 2000. But unfortunately, he passed away on May 25, 2000 at the age of 53 due to liver cancer.
