Taylor Hawkins was reported dead on Friday, March 25, 2022, in a hotel room ahead of a program. He was a Foo Fighters drummer and was waiting for the Lollapalooza Brasil concert and Grammy Awards performance.
The Foo Fighters announced his death on Twitter and explained they are devasted about the news.

The late drummer and his wife, Alison, married in 2005. They had three children together. They resided in Hidden Hills, California, after moving from Topanga Canyon in 2012.
Their son, Oliver Shane, was born in 2006; their daughter, Annabelle, was born in winter, 2009; and their second daughter, Everleigh, was born in November 2014.
