Jason and EJ Williams have decided to refurbish the main bathroom to kickstart their savings and get a head start on the process of purchasing their first home.
The first episode of the new series Flip to a Million, which will premiere on HGTV and Discovery+ on August 1st, will see the elimination of two different couples.
As part of their “house-flipping experiment,” Jason and EJ Williams of Chicago and Jon and Dani Wrobel of Long Island, New York moved to Dallas, which was a city that neither couple was very familiar with.
They will endeavor to demonstrate that “in the world of real estate, it is possible to start with absolutely nothing and transform it into a fortune.” This will be their mission.
EJ Williams From HGTV Flip to a Million Net Worth
To get the season off to a strong start, EJ Williams and Jason will relocate to Dallas, where they will conduct research on the local market, network with new people, and figure out how they can begin making money as quickly as possible.
They plan to do a remodeling job on the primary bathroom to raise the necessary funds for their first purchase.
The couples will work together to gain an understanding of the real estate market in their community, and they will each receive $1,000 to get started in the same field and flip houses. Flipping houses involves simply purchasing, refurbishing, and then selling properties.
The goal of this endeavor is to acquire and sell a property worth one million dollars within the next six months, and the challenge is to sell as many residences as possible. For couples to complete the mission, they will need to take several risks.
Who Is EJ Williams Married To?
At a Freeway concert in 2002, Jason and EJ first became acquainted with one another. When Jason came upon EJ and the pair, they were having a good time with their other buddies. After that, he went over to her and started having a conversation with her.
EJ was taken aback to find that her brother and some of her friends were already familiar with Jason. In addition, he was familiar with EJ’s younger brother, Joseph, from their time together in college.
After spending some time together, the pair found themselves falling in love with one another and ultimately decided to get married. They just recently commemorated their 17th year of marriage. The couple has a daughter in her teenage years whom they raise together.
After they got married, Jason and EJ established a nightly pattern in which they would come back home, make supper, snuggle up, and watch HGTV.
It was during this period that they first became interested in buying and selling residences. After watching home-flipping shows on TV for years, the two people decided to become house flippers themselves.
