Wells gained a lot of experiences in anchoring & when she began reporting an assignment editor for their college station, KCWU-TV and also reporting for her college newspaper, The Observer. Apart from this, she also was a cheerleader and dancer during college.

Before beginning her pursuit of broadcasting, she revealed that her first job was a dance teacher. Wells joined the FOX 12 team in 2005 in Idaho as an anchor, multimedia reporter and producer. Wells stayed there for more than 4 years before joining KMAX-TV in Sacramento as a feature reporter. She was working on several live hits within the 4-hour morning program.
She moved to KARE 11 in Greater Minneapolis as a multimedia reporter. Here, she handled several tasks by her own including researching of stories, shooting, writing and editing them. Over the course of her career, wells has done story promotions in different social media platforms, conducted several celebrity interviews, hosted charity events & even assisted with web production on Metromix.com. After her 2 years stay in KARE 11, wells became a radio show host of BUZ’N@102.9 (now 102.9 The Wolf) in Minneapolis, MN known for playing country hits.
Wells then became an On-Air Lifestyle expert of Evine Live, a cable home-shopping network. Her presence also helped drive sales of some of the world’s strongest fashion brands. She started working on FOX 9 as a news producer and main writer in September 2014. She mentioned in one of her interviews that she’s fine not being on camera and producing.
Later, she ended up co-hosting ‘The Jason Show’, a daily one-hour entertainment show. It was a huge hit and the 21st Century Fox allowed them to have a national test. They’re now streaming worldwide on Hulu & full episodes are available same-day on YouTube.
