According to Chron.com, he was previously sentenced for impersonating a federal agent. Additionally, sources mentioned multiple charges on him, and police are looking to arrest him.

Netizens were sharing a mugshot of Osiel Cardenas Jr and claimed that he had been arrested once again. However, the official media outlet is yet to provide details on these rumors. 

Nevertheless, people are sharing a video where police vans are getting out of a home that supposedly belongs to Osiel. People are now saying that the authorities came to arrest him as there are multiple charges on him. They took away his luxury vehicles with them as they did not find him. 

Some said that he had injured a person with a knife in a bar in Brownville. And, police have found out his links to the incident, which is why they are looking for him. But, despite these claims, these are all speculations whose relevancy cannot be confirmed yet. 

Is Capo Son, Osiel Cardenas Jr, Still In Brownsville Tx Jail?

Osiel Cardens Jr, Capo’s son, is not in the Brownsville, Tx jail. However, he was sentenced to more than two years in prison in August 2018. 

He was convicted for weapons possession and impersonating a federal agent. The U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr also asked him to serve three years of supervised release and pay $15,000. 

Thus, he may have been out of jail in the late 2020s or early 2021. In addition, he was asked to serve three years of supervised release, which deducts the possibility of him committing any crime at present
