Michael Savarino is arrested because of driving while intoxication or driving while impaired (DWI) charges.
As noted in Sport Illustrated, he ran through a stop sign and when the police caught him to have his breathalyzer test. The result was the test showed showed signs of impairment. Actually, in the breathalyzer test, it showed a blood alcohol content of .08.
Along with Savarino, another of his fellow mate Paolo Bancherom aged 19, was also available at that time. While Banchero was released, Savarino was taken to the police station for further investigation in Sunday morning.
It is also found that both Michael and Banchero will appear in December in the court.
