With the concern of Nortier’s death, a 60 years old woman has been arrested. Her identity was supposed to be revealed on July 12. She got held at the police custody in Table View.
As per her attorney, “she has no previous convictions and has never been arrested before… this is also definitely not related to domestic violence. I wouldn’t want to discuss the merits of this case further.”
