Jesse Grund and Michael Patrick Duggan are two of the many men who are speculated to be the father of Caylee Anthony. However, it is not yet clear who is her father.
Jese Grund was Casey’s ex-fiance. After becoming pregnant, she told him that he was the father of the child. However, Grund told Fox News that he had doubts that he was the father. In fact, the couple had started dating in January but Caylee was born in August.
Still, Jese claimed to have treated Caylee as his own daughter. A paternity test later proved otherwise. According to Jese, his relationship with Casey was initially strong but spiraled out of control when Casey “started to lie about things” including stealing money from him and seeing someone else during their relationship.
On the other hand, Michael Patrick Duggan was Casey’s boyfriend who passed away in 2007 in an accident. His mother, Donna MacLean, told The Daily Beast that her son was Caylee’s father.
Furthermore, Donna said that Michael had given her a phone call and said that she had a granddaughter and her mother was Casey Anthony. In addition, she said that George and Cindy Anthony were the grandparents.
Likewise, both Casey Anthony and her mother Cindy had testified that Caylee’s father had died in a car accident in 2007. MacLean asserted that the man they are talking about is her son.

Crime Scene Confidential’s first case will be Caylee Anthony’s murder case. According to Investigation Discovery, the new true-crime series will debut on 8th March 2022 and the first episode will focus on the 2008 death of toddler Caylee Anthony.
The show will make its debut on Investigation Discovery on Tuesday, March 8 at 9:00 central time. Furthermore, new episodes will break each Tuesday and will be available to stream on discovery+ the same day.
