How Did Ariana Biermann Lose Weight?

Ariana Biermann, a TV personality and daughter of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, had lost weight through intermittent fasting and reducing her soda intake.

Ariana revealed her weight loss secret when fans began throlling her on social media, saying she had eating disorders.

“I do not have an eating disorder”, she wrote back on social media.

Ariana further explained that she was never sick but was purely on diet and exercise, and now she’s happy with her new weight.

“It was not easy. But it was the best thing I ever did for myself and my body… I’m so happy with myself. I’ve never felt so beautiful”, she added.

The star’s weight loss journey was a gradual one that took two years to accomplish.

She had weighed 167 pounds during her second year in high school, and she lost nearly 20 pounds the same year.

Following her weight loss journey, she now weighs 118 pounds.

Ariana co-owns a luxury beauty brand – KAB cosmetics – together with her sister, Brielle Biermann, and their mother, Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

She attends Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where she studied business administration.

She plans to run her own fashion business in the nearest future.
