Gaspard Sindayigaya er en burundisk økonom og politiker, som var sentralbanksjef for Burundis sentralbank fra august 2007 til august 2012.

Han erstattet Isaac Bizimana i 2007, etter at Bizimana ble fengslet for underslag av offentlige midler. I august 2012 ble han erstattet av Jean Ciza, og gikk over i en stilling som statens representant i styret for den burundiske banken BANCOBU.
