Gabrielle Carteris Children: Meet Molly Elizabeth and Kelsey Rose

Gabrielle Anne Carteris, born January 2, 1961, is a well-known American actress and a notable leader in the labor movement. She rose to prominence for her depiction as Andrea Zuckerman in the popular television series Beverly Hills, 90210.

Carteris reached a key career milestone in 2012 when she was chosen executive vice president of SAG-AFTRA, a famous trade union that represents the interests of over 100,000 actors and professionals mostly in the United States.

Her accession to this prestigious position followed the untimely death of the previous president, Ken Howard, on March 23, 2016. As a result, Carteris was named acting president of the union.

Following that, on April 9, 2016, she was officially elected president of SAG-AFTRA by the national board, serving the balance of Howard’s tenure.

Her passion and commitment to her duty were further recognized when she was re-elected to the position in both August 2017 and August 2019 after a thorough voting procedure involving the entire membership.

Mollie Elizabeth Carteris, the daughter of Gabrielle Carteris, competed on American Idol’s 18th season as a singer. She sang “Make You Feel My Love” by Adele and “Angel Down” by Lady Gaga at her audition. Her voice was compared by the judges to that of singer Billie Eilish, and she won the golden ticket as a result of her mesmerizing vocals.

Unfortunately, Mollie was unable to attend the live performances, but one of the judges urged her to keep honing her vocal abilities and participate in the show’s upcoming season.

On her “craftyclay100” YouTube channel, Mollie uploads cover songs. Along with singing, she also owns a company called Mollie Moe where she produces handmade goods including pins, clay paintings, and earrings. She mentions on her Instagram that she has a business-specific Etsy page.

Mollie received her degree in women’s & gender studies from CU Boulder in May 2022. She received The Joanne Easley Arnold Outstanding Senior Award on the day of her graduation. She founded the “Let’s Talk About It” club while she was a student.
