Brenda Wairimu reveals why she left Ebru TV
Ebru TV’s ‘Let’s Talk Show’ continues to be a favorite to many and it came as a shock when Brenda Wairimu decided to call it quits.
Talking to Kalekye Mumo during a recent TV interview the petite beauty revealed that she was finding it hard to balance between her first love- acting and hosting. Forced to pick one, she did the inevitable and dropped the mic to concentrate on her acting dream.
‘’It was overwhelming for me because of just trying to find that balance. Niko acting set and I’m getting late for work, it’s eating into my character and I end up doing a terrible job there. I end up getting there (work), being flushed and not ready. I have always wanted to be an actor so hosting kind of comes after.” She said.
Her current feature movie ‘Disconnect’ where she acts alongside Nick Mutuma sold out in Nairobi after it premiered last week. The movie begins its official cinema run on the 4th of May in Nairobi, Mombasa, Uganda and Tanzania.
After her exit and that of Dj Pierra, the two have been replaced with two new faces. Hosting alongside Monique and Ella are the new sheriffs in town, Lydia KM a YouTuber and actress Dana De Grazia who had a brief stint in Nairobi Diaries.
