Terrell Owens recently found himself in a difficult situation with a Karen. A white woman alleged him of speeding and almost hitting her.
It was not the first time the athlete got into a verbal altercation or faced a similar situation. In 2015, he got into a verbal fight with a man outside a Starbucks in Brentwood, California.
According to Bleach Reports, the man allegedly threw a cup of liquid at Owens and shouted racial epithets, which prompted the former All-Pro to shove the man in the face.
Who Is The Karen In The Terrell Owens Video?
Terrell Owens got into a Karen situation in a recent online video. In the clip, he got into a dispute with a woman from the neighborhood.
She accused him of speeding and attacking her. However, when the former American football wide receiver for NFL denied the allegations, she started to cry and continued to say that he came at her.
She also says that he is a black man approaching a white woman, which is labeled as a racist term that indicates that she was afraid because he belongs to people of color.
The athlete also said he was covering the whole incident as he could not believe whatever was happening, although he was not guilty. The netizens also showed him support and said they could not understand why she was crying.
Since she keeps claiming that he tried to attack her, Owens calls her a Karen. It is a pejorative term for a white lady who is considered overly entitled or demanding.
The phrase is frequently used in memes that show white women using their privilege to get what they want. Examples of depictions include asking to “speak to the manager” or displaying racism.
Nevertheless, the name of the woman involved in the incident is not publicized yet.

The woman, called Karen by Owens, said that he crossed the stop sign, was speeding, driving unsafely in the neighborhood, and almost hitting her. She went on to say that when he pulled over, he came at her as if he would attack her.
However, Terrell said there was no stop sign, and he came out of his vehicle only when the woman was rude. He said multiple times that she could not talk to him that way.

But, it is not sure how the situation was resolved. Nevertheless, it is believed she was not arrested as it was not a huge problem. Besides, the athlete also captioned the video on IG, saying, “Just a normal night of being a black man in America.”
