Chris Brown in 2015 bought a space of 8,317 square feet. Pad in San Fernando Valley Tarzana, Los Angeles for the price of $4.35 million. The home, situated on a three-quarter acre lot, features 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a soundproof home theater with 14 recliners for those loud evenings.
The exteriors include an outdoor kitchen, a 10-car playground, 3 fire pits and of course a salt water swimming pool. The grounds are complemented by an expansive lawn housing a waterfall.
Surrounded by 16 security cameras, the home also offers stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains.
Breezy rotated one of the 6 bedrooms in his closet, but it still didn’t seem to be enough for all his clothes and shoes.

1. Lamborghini Aventador SV 2016
The Superveloce (SV) as its name suggests is a super-fast luxury vehicle with the ability to hit 60 MPH in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 217 MPH. The stalwart singer reportedly purchased this in September 2015 for at least $400,000.
On top of that, Breezy also owns another Lambo Aventador which he bought for $397,000. He customized it in a blue and black theme.
2. Beast Rezvani
The “I Can Transfrom Ya” singer in August 2015became the first owner of this beast car. He would have bought it for 200,000 dollars. Its 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine allows it to hit the 60 mph mark in just 2.7 seconds.
3. 2016 Porsche 911 Turbo S
This is yet another 2016 addition to Brown’s growing fleet of super cars. Possibly a replacement for the all-black version of the same car he crashed some time ago in Los Angeles. This one is from Russian aftermarket tuning company, TopCar. The company is renowned for customizing European luxury vehicles. The Porsche is fitted with a Stinger GTR body kit and, thanks to TopCar’s solutions to its 3.8-litre six-cylinder engine, it can reach speeds of 60 mph. This new toy made Breezy about $280,000.
3. 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder
For a custom paint job, Breezy had the lyrics TuPac, Lord Knows, written all over that Syder. The car can reach 100 km / h in 3.9 seconds. Once valued at over $500,000, Breezy in 2015 listed the car on eBay for just $90,000.
4.Range Rover
The Range Rover deluxe edition costs around $93,000 and Chris Brown has certainly added some modifications; JC Customz adorned their rims with a brushed gold finish. It has a V8 engine and accelerates to 60 mph in around 9.2 seconds.
On top of all that, Chris Brown owns a host of other cars, including two other Lamborghinis; one black and another with a custom jet fighter look.
