Capricorn spirit animal

Capricorns prefer earthy shades like brown and khaki. They don’t wear red very often, but are partial to the shade. White compliments them and black-and-white combinations are all-time favourites.

The Capricorn men are very shy. They are just shy by nature. They never express themselves or open up too quickly. They don’t show their emotions or share their secrets in front of many people.

Capricorns should include a fresh raw salad, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, fish, eggs, whole-grain breads in their diet every day. They need lots of calcium food, such as yogurt. They should go easy on the highly seasoned and spicy food you are fond of, as it causes intestinal upsets.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

Capricorn, your spirit animal is an alligator. Like the alligator, you have a sort of primal energy when it comes to latching onto your “prey” — in other words, once you sink your teeth into something, nothing can get you to shake your determination to get what you want.

Capricorn: White Wine

As wine is often the “drink of choice” at family gatherings, you too are like family — reliable and fair.

CAPRICORN (December 20 – January 19)

You need to play (or even watch) a sport that makes you want to break limits, sweat, and show off just how much endurance you have. Hockey, running, and boxing will make you want to set goals for yourself and then smash them like a boss.

Capricorn: Candy Corn

Nothing says Halloween quite like candy corn.

Capricorns are less prone to medicine or alcohol addiction than the other signs, but they can be extremely self-conscious about their physical appearance. This can lead to cigarette smoking in an effort to stay thin, an addiction to working out, or eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia.

Capricorn – Ritalin

Because Capricorns can become overly excited at times, they are described as the drug Ritalin. They can become so focused on a project that they are working on and enthralled by it that they stay up for days putting forth strenuous effort into it.
