After completing his education, Bagans began to find fame as the lead stuntman and host of Ghost Adventures. Furthermore, Bagans is also one of the main supporters of the Ghost Adventures Crew and considers himself an expert on all things paranormal. His curiosity about paranormal activities reportedly arose when he encountered the soul of a self-destructive lady in his condominium.

Currently, Bagan and his friends from the show are exploring areas believed to be haunted by ghosts. However, he is often criticized for his methods of dealing with the afterlife. His work in this field took a whole new level in 2012 when he landed the role of executive producer for a new show, “Paranormal Paparazzi”. He even got a chance to push his Dungeon Wear clothing line.
