Yvonne Darcq is a Kenyan Musician who was born on 16th January 1990 in Maridi/Sudan, she was raised in Nairobi, Kenya. She is half French half Sudanese, she is associated with other Kenyan Musicians like Kristoff.
The first school she attended was Riverside Farm School for nursery, and then later she attended Cavina School for Primary till she was about 8 years old in 1998. In 1998 she went to the French School called Lycee Denis Diderot to learn and improve her French and also study the curriculum. In 2003 she changed to British curriculum called IGCSE.

Yvonne and Kristoff were romantically involved, well at least until their latest encounter over the weekend a video erupted which saw Kristoff and Kush Tracy making their way to the car when Yvonne showed up and confronted them in the midst of the confrontation Kush Tracy headed back to the club.
Yvonne in the video seemed to call it quits with Kristoff, Telling to have all the girls he wants and that she is done.
In an Interview with Mzazi willy Tuva Kristoff, explained what happened in the video but failed to confirm if he was indeed cheating on Yvonne, He mentioned that Kush Tracy Is only a Friend and nothing more and that he was just to drop her off and be on his way.
Tensions are still high but only time will tell whether or not Kristoff and Yvonne will clear things.

Yvonne Darcq Music career
She started singing when she was a little girl about 2 ½ and 3 years of age. But she only started taking music seriously when she was in Breaburn School and when she went on to join Greensteads School. She fell in love with the performing music class that was from the primary students to the college students. It was amazing all the instruments, all the voices, best of all the friendliness and respect between the students and the music. The students just had so much talent it was indeed a magical experience. Yvonne Darcq remembers when they on a music tour in the UK and it was a wonderful, fever craving adventure and the interesting part where they were all very young. It was an inspiration to her music career.
Yvonne Darcq started her career at the age of 13 when she recorded her first single “Anytime” ft. Fina and another school mate. The song was produced and recorded by her school music teacher Mr. Mwashimba at The Greensteads School, Nakuru/Kenya. YDQ then went on a school music tour in the U.K the following year were she and her schoolmates (band and choir) performed at several important venues around the country.
She took music as her choice of career and profession in 2006. In 2008 she got pregnant and later that year in November had my beautiful son. He is my life, my child my work of art. She was no longer a child or a young woman she was now an independent woman, a mother! She woke up to a new world. Her music has become amazingly mature, my writing has changed a lot for the best and her voice.
In 2006 Yvonne joined Head Bangaz int. where she started recording her the first album. Yvonne has worked with several producer & artists locally and internationally.
Her music has spread through Europe, Asia, Africa, Canada, Australia, parts of the U.S and America. Yvonne Darcq is now working on building her empire!
In 2006-2008 she recorded several singles and worked on several collaborations with East African artists/groups. She’s worked with Ukoo flani, Cannibal, Sharamal, Gaza, Girogi, Kimya, Kalamashaka just to name few. Release of Thug love video, her first video appearance, a collaboration between some of East Africa’s finest artists.
