Young Brad Pitt As a Kid: Everything You Need to Know

Look at the photo above and think “younger”, we are about to create our very own “Benjamin button” and take everyone back to the days of Brad Pitt’s youth. It will definitely be a pleasure to get to know a “young Brad Pitt,” and yes, the people we dig into the past here, please sit tight.

where it all started

He didn’t fall from the sky, he’s not the son of a mortal woman and an Olympian (though that’s a theory we’re willing to examine), he’s a human like you and me. His story is a story whose beginning certainly did not determine the end. William Bradley Pitt was born in Shawnee Oklahoma on December 18, 1963. Although he was born in Oklahoma, he spent most of his childhood in Springfield, Missouri.

The actor called his hometown of “Inside The Actor’s Studio” “Mark Twain country, Jesse James country” and he has the guns to prove it!

The family of young Brad Pitt

When Brad was born, his parents lived like all other families, his mother, Jane Etta (née Hillhouse) was a school trustee and his father, William (Bill) Pitt, was part of the management of a trucking company in Springfield. Brad is not an only child, he is actually the oldest of the three children.

His siblings are named Douglas (Doug) and Julie Pitt, three years apart.

Brad-ucation

Before continuing, for clarity, young Brad Pitt did not attend Springfield Elementary School. In fact, we highly doubt his “Springfield” is identical to the one portrayed in the popular animated sitcom “The Simpsons.”

Now we have it fixed, Brad attended Horace Mann Elementary School, it was at this point in his life that he owned his first gun. No, the actor wasn’t raised in the skin, he just acknowledged it was a rite of passage to inherit the weapons of your Missouri ancestors. We’re still on the fence about this, but when in Rome…

Brad then attended Kickapoo High School(apparently you can name your school anything in Mark Twain country), the kids must have had a blast. That didn’t stop young Brad Pitt from participating in every extracurricular activity there was. He was on the tennis, golf, and swim teams, and took part in school debates and musicals.

After Kickapoo

We know it’s a little further down the road than his childhood, but if we’re going to look at a young Brad Pitt, we might as well look at his life before fame and fortune. The actor graduated from high school in 1982, college was naturally next on the list. He studied at the University of Missouri and majored in journalism, primarily advertising.

Brad also had an active social life and took part in different activities, for example, he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and even performed in fraternity shows. Four years later, with just two credits left to graduate and $325 in his pocket, he had a hunch and dropped out, en route to Hollywood. Brad immediately lied to his parents, telling them he was going to go to art design school in Los Angeles.

It was one of the few times a lie paid off, OK, not really, but let’s go with it on moral grounds.

Brad through the eyes of others

Our Hollywood A-Lister was obviously born with Charisma, accompanying pianist Connie Bilyeu recalled when People magazine appeared that during services at South Haven Baptist Church: ‘We couldn’t help but look at Brad because his face was so expressive that he moved his little mouth so big with every word that he caught everyone’s attention. “Someone has always loved the spotlight.

His high school sweetheart, Kim Hubbard (née Bell) told the Daily Mail: ‘I think everyone knew he would be successful in whatever he did. I just knew. He just had a personality that drew people in, he had leadership skills and he was sweet and kind’.

His current sweetheart, A-list actress AngelinaJolie said of her famous hubby: “Brad has expanded my life in ways I never imagined. We have built a family. He’s not just the love in my life, he’s my family. I hold this very dear. I guess what I learned from Brad was being able to have the kind of family whose happiness and well-being comes before yours. I am so grateful to have such a loving family and I wouldn’t have this without him.”

We hope people we know will have such positive feedback on us.
