Clea is a storyline that frequently appears in Doctor Strange stories. Charlize Theron is a strong contender for the role of this character.
Clea the Sorceress is an extra-dimensional entity born to a Faltine named Umar, Dormammu’s sister, and Prince Orini, the son of the Dark Dimension’s former king. She worshiped Dormammu in the comics but later betrayed him when she encountered Doctor Strange in the Dark Dimension.
Given that these films are nearly always among the largest blockbusters, Marvel isn’t hesitant about bringing in renowned celebrities to play new or old parts in MCU films, as we’ve learned over the past several years.
Will Charlize Theron Play Marvel’s Clea In Doctor Strange?
Clea, another powerful sorceress in the Marvel universe, has long been rumored to have a part in the MCU. The magic-wielder, who has ties to the Dark Dimension and a past with Dormammu, has resurfaced in discussions regarding Doctor Strange 2, this time with Charlize Theron potentially attached to the role.
Theron has been linked to the MCU several times, yet she has stated that she has never been approached by Marvel to play a role. Having her play Clea would be a natural fit given her history in the comics alongside Strange, and even if she doesn’t have a significant role in this film, a cameo may pave the way for a more substantial part in the future.

However, there are also rumors that she will play Sue Storm, well known as the Invisible Girl in the Fantastic Four universe. Because Reed Richards is a member of the Illuminati, there’s a significant probability Mister Fantastic’s love interest will also appear in the film.
Nevertheless, given the likelihood that Clea will play a more prominent role in the MCU in the future due to her close relationship with Doctor Strange in the comics, Charlize Theron casting the Sorceress in the forthcoming film and future Doctor Strange storylines would not be surprising.
Doctor Strange Actress & Character Spoilers
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Loki would appear in Multiverse of Madness after Loki season 1 ended. Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, and Owen Wilson’s stunt doubles appeared on the Stunts section of Multiverse’s IMDB profile shortly after. None of these sightings have been confirmed; however, we see something that looks like a TVA time door in the teaser for a brief minute. Furthermore, the Loki characters would be most suited to explain the multiverse to Strange.
Another speculation is that Patrick Stewart will play Professor X, James McAvoy, or another actor, finally bringing the X-Men into the MCU (formally, at least). Professor X will create the Illuminati with Captain Carter, Baldur the Brave, Monica Rambeau, and Mordo, according to a revelation on Twitter that has since been deleted.
Gonna assume that it’s the Doctor Strange was variant from that universe that either shows up in the scene or is dead…
Total long shot option would be Tom Cruise as Iron Man, or Charlize Theron as Clea. https://t.co/d51A2Md3oz

This report is based on a Portuguese voice actor’s Instagram tale and should be taken with salt.
Like the Professor X one, this theory is based on alleged leaks indicating that Ghost Rider will make a quick cameo that will build up a future film or series. This report is allegedly based on Tom Cruise almost auditioning for the role of Iron Man; although it appears to be the least trustworthy of the lot, I’ll gladly forward it to you.
