Mohit Dargani is a Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp Executive. However, he has denied this post after his illegal activities were discovered.

Mohit Dargani seems to be 30-35 years old based on his appearances and work timeline.
However, the officials have kept Mohit’s biography details and actual age from the media outlets.

Senators cited the Darganis in contempt last October 19 for refusing to turn over subpoenaed financial documents related to the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee investigation into alleged irregularities.

On Sunday afternoon, Pharmally executives Mohit Dargani and Twinkle were arrested in Davao City.
According to Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Rene Samonte, the Dargani siblings were arrested around 5 p.m. on a private plane bound for Kuala Lumpur.
They were immediately brought to Manila and handed over to the Senate in Pasay City. Immediate actions were taken to prevent them from running away.
The Senate cited the Dargani siblings in contempt for refusing to turn over subpoenaed documents from their firm.

Mohit Dargani All Charges Explained
After investigation, Mohit Dargani charges were explained as purchasing allegedly overpriced face masks and RT-PCR test kits from companies.
The Senate committee is looking into Pharmally after records revealed that the PS-DBM awarded billions of pesos in government contracts to a company with less than a million pesos in paid-up capital.
Some senators previously stated that the PS-DBM executives are accused of fraudulent schemes in Taiwan, rather than purchasing from local suppliers who sold cheaper items.
So far, the panel has recommended that various charges be filed against Pharmally’s officers and Chinese businessmen.
