What causes spray paint to splatter? Air bubbles in your air hose, running out of paint, tilted sprayer too far down/up, nozzle/tip on your sprayer could be clogged, paint is too thick for your tip.

*Loose or damaged fluid tip/seat. Tighten or replace. Material level too low. Refill.
Why does my Graco gun keep spitting?
Your Graco sprayer should have been primed too during set up to remove air from the pump. Without priming, air gets trapped inside the pump and hose and leads to spitting. If you did not prime the pump, disengage the pressure and cycle through some paint to purge the air. Always do this before spraying.
