The Reason Behind The Missing Of Missy Peregrym From The FBI Show Explored

Peregrym is one of the beloved actresses who has portrayed the role of Special Agent Maggie Bell in the American crime drama television series FBI since 2018. However, the special agent does not appear in the recent episodes as she is on maternity leave.

As per ET Canada, the actress made her last appearance in a dramatic scene where she got trapped in a room with deadly sarin gas, leaving her unconscious and hospitalized. The FBI team has been very supportive of Missy and made her temporary departure from the show in a natural way that would go well with the concept of the series.

Did Missy Peregrym Leave The FBI Show Permanently?

No, Missy didn’t leave the FBI show permanently but temporarily; she took a leave for a few months as she will be welcoming her second baby with her husband, Tom Oakley.

The actress departed from the show for a few months to give herself and a new life in her belly enough time and care to remain healthy and have a safe birth without any complications.

Peregrym announced her pregnancy in February of 2022 while sharing a sneak peek of her baby bump. It is her second time being a mom and giving life to a beautiful soul; she welcomed her first baby Otis Paradis Oakley in 2020.
