There is a scar on the head of Raymond Van Barneveld, a prominent professional darts player from the Netherlands.
He is among the most successful darts players in history, nicknamed Barney but originally known as The Man.
Van Barneveld has won five World Darts Championships.
Van is one of the most successful Dutch darts players of all time, and he has had a very significant impact on the popularity of darts in the Netherlands. He is left-handed by nature but throws darts with his right hand.
Van announced in November 2018 that he would retire from darts after the 2020 PDC World Darts Championship. However, he retired once more after being eliminated in the first round of the 2020 PDC World Darts Championship.
Why Does Raymond Van Barneveld Have A Scar On Head?
Raymond Van Barneveld has been competing in darts for several years, and people have been watching his hair change throughout the year. Since 2019, many people have noticed some irregular dots and patches around his head.
People have made various assumptions about the scars on his head, with some claiming that he may have had a hair transplant in the past years.

People are increasingly interested in learning more about his head injury. At the same time, many commentators believe that the scar is a side effect of hair transplantation.
He was spotted with hair in 1998, according to multiple sources. After that, he started losing hair around a third of the way up to his scalp. He did, however, cover it in the years that followed.
Raymond Van Barneveld Injury and Collapse Aftermath
Raymond Van Barneveld has been performing admirably on the dartboard, despite his age of 54. His hair, however, is becoming thinner as he ages. In addition, the thinner is revealing some strip scars on his head.
Barney turned back the clock in February, a five-time world champion, reclaiming his PDC tour card just over a year after retiring from competitive darts.
He not only secured a return to the big time, but he immediately returned to the winners’ circle by winning his first ranking title since 2013 in the Players Championship 3 event.
One month later, news broke that he had collapsed during a routine tour event, and the headlines shifted from glory to concern.
He quickly reassured fans on social media that he was fine, but the incident caused weeks of inner turmoil for one of the greatest players of all time.
