Dr.Disrespect wears a wig and sunglasses whenever he streams a video on his channel for some unknown reason. However, his looks, as well as his gaming skills, result in highly entertaining broadcasting.
Dr.DisRespect is a video game broadcaster from the United States.
He has over four million Twitch subscribers and is most committed to playing battle royale video games such as H1Z1, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Black Ops 4: Blackout, Call of Duty: Warzone, Apex Legends, and Fortnite.
The Youtuber was suspended from Twitch in June 2020 for unspecified reasons, and his channel was deleted from the platform.
According to sources, the prohibition is in place indefinitely. He resumed broadcasting on YouTube in August 2020, with a cumulative peak of more than 510,000 concurrent viewers.
Why Does Dr. Disrespect Wear A Wig?
Dr.Disrespect wears a black mullet wig, heavy sunglasses, a tactical vest, and a mustache called slick daddy which would put actor Tom Selleck to sleep when streaming.
As a persona, Dr. Disrespect is analogous to a pro wrestling character. He is a parody of how male players perceive themselves.
Aside from the clothing and demeanor, he helps the character by creating a one-of-a-kind set design and playing synth-wave techno music.
All of this, paired with his exaggerated demeanor and the fact that he’s a competent gamer, results in a highly entertaining broadcast.
