Why do I keep pulling my bra down?
The cups are too small
Now think of your bra cup. It is meant to contain your breast. If your breast is spilling out over the top or the sides, it’s going to be pulling forward and down on the straps.
Why does my bra keeps riding up?
The reason this happens is because the weight of the breasts is pulling down on the cups and straps and lifting the back upwards. The band may not be the correct size or the straps might be too tight. The bra band riding up is a sign that your bra does not fit properly.
How do you know if your bra cup is too big?
There’s a gap at the top of the cups.
When you look down at your bra do you notice space between your breasts and the cup? If so, it’s too big. If you aren’t able to see any gaps while standing up, try leaning over while looking into a mirror. If there is extra space in your cups it’s time for a new size.
