Ricky Martin is stepping out and refuting domestic violence charges made against him in order to obtain a restraining order against the Latin music sensation.
According to law authorities, a Puerto Rican musician received a restraining order from an alleged ex in Puerto Rico on Saturday.

Ricky Martin, the Puerto Rican singer, was served with a restraining order from a claimed ex in Puerto Rico on Saturday.
The order was signed on Friday, and officials went to an expensive suburb in the north coastal town of Dorado where the singer resides to try to serve it, reported police spokesperson Axel Valencia.
“Police haven’t been able to find him up until now,” Valencia added. Martin’s spokesperson did not immediately respond to a message for comment.
It was unclear who requested the restraining order at the time. Valencia stated that he was unable to disclose any information since the order was filed under Puerto Rico’s domestic violence statute.
The order stated that, Martin and the other party dated for seven months, according to El Vocero, a Puerto Rican newspaper.
They split up two months ago, but the petitioner claims Martin refused to accept the breakup and has been observed lingering outside their residence at least three times.
El Vocero quoted the order as saying, ‘the petitioner fears for his safety.’
The injunction has not been acquired by the AP.
Valencia stated that the order forbids Martin from contacting or phoning the person who filed it. Furthermore, a judge would later decide whether the injunction should be upheld or lifted during a hearing.
He went on to say that orders are normally carried out for at least a month.

A few months after the allegations about Ricky and Pablo’s romance surfaced, it was discovered that the two had recorded a song together for Pablo’s album.

Ricky Martin Faces Restraining Order Recently From His Partner
Ricky Martin received a restraining order after one of his partners requested the restraining order in court. Valencia pointed out that the person who filed the request did not call the police.
It would have required prosecutors to determine if there was sufficient evidence to press charges. Rather, the request was directed to the court.
While the petitioner’s name remains hidden under Puerto Rico’s Law 54, which prohibits and prosecutes domestic violence. The claimed victim does not appear to be Martin’s spouse Jwan Yosef.
He and his wife, who married in 2017, have 13-year-old twins Valentino and Matteo, as well as three-year-old Lucia and Renn.
Martin discussed his family in June 2021, putting an end to speculations that they were expecting another kid.
‘I don’t conceal anything anymore.’ ‘We’re not pregnant,’ Martin said to People at the time. Because Lucia and Renn are just nine months apart, we’re now dealing with a set of twins and a couple of Irish twins. And they’re overpowering, yet we’re healthy and robust.’
Nonetheless, he stated that they intend to have ‘more’ children in the future and that they have ’embryos frozen.’
