Lior Bitton, Jameson’s spouse, revealed the news on her Instagram account over the weekend, saying that the 47-year-old is suffering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare disorder in which the immune system attacks the neurological system, resulting in muscle weakness and temporary paralysis.
Bitton told her Instagram followers in the video that the actress was in the hospital having testing after “not feeling so good.”
Before she was admitted to the hospital last week, Bitton said his partner had been “throwing up for a couple of weeks.” As a CT scan came back clear, she was released, but Jameson has since returned to the hospital after her health deteriorated.
