What Happened To Stephen & Djeswende Reid?

According to CBS Boston, a husband and wife who had been reported missing earlier this week were found shot to death in a forested location near Concord, New Hampshire.

The couple did not have any firearms, according to police, and there was no history of domestic violence. Authorities said the couple strolled on the paths near their apartment where they were discovered dead on a regular basis.

Stephen Reid was last seen by family members on Monday, and the pair became missing after he failed to show up for his weekly tennis match on Wednesday.

Stephen & Djeswende Reid Death Cause & Case Update

Stephen Reid and Djeswende Reid were shot many times, according to investigators. Homicides were determined to be the cause of death.

Their remains were discovered off of Portsmouth Street in Concord, near the Broken Ground Trails, on Thursday evening.

Police have not stated whether this was a targeted attack or if they have identified a suspect. Residents in the neighborhood are advised to be cautious, but investigators claim there is no reason to believe the public is in danger.

Stephen Reid was 67 years old and Djeswende Reid was 66 years old. But their birth details haven’t been opened up to the media yet.

Their birth location is still unknown. Police are requesting individuals and businesses in the vicinity to review their surveillance equipment in order to assist them.

The Reids were last seen on Monday, April 18th, and anyone who spotted them is encouraged to call Concord Police.
