Officer Justin Hicks was shot to death alongside his 30 years old wife in their residence home by their neighbor after some minor disputes.
Their 2 years old son was left unharmed by the shooter, and all the rage was poured upon the couple.
The criminal neighbor Lanz also stabbed a police officer before that shooting incident as he was believed to carry hatred for the police department.
