According to Bouchard, Myre died in a patrol car while a deputy was attempting to transport him to a hospital.

Tate Myre, 16, Hanna St. Julian, 14, and Madisyn Baldwin, 17, were the three students who were killed.

Seven students, aged 14 to 17, were still hospitalized with gunshot wounds, including a 14-year-old girl who was on a ventilator after surgery.

He had recently received team honors as a linebacker and tight end.

He was on the way to becoming one of the professional football payers in the country, but a different way was waiting for him.

He eventually died in a police patrol car, as he was wounded very badly, and the officer said that there was no time to wait for the ambulance. 

Despite the rush, he was not able to make it and died on the way to the hospital. 

On Tuesday night, over 25,000 people had signed an online petition to rename the school’s stadium after Mr. Myre.

He had recently earned an all-region award as a linebacker and tight end from the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association.
