The New York State Police got a random call on July 14, 2022, at around 5.45 p.m. The caller told the police that he had seen a deceased individual inside a vehicle in the parking lot of Plaza Boulevard in the town of Plattsburgh, New York.
However, the officers are yet to find whether it was a homicide or suicide. One of the officers said that they can’t tell anything without an autopsy, which is scheduled for July 15.
