Joseph, who was from New Zealand, lived in the Clifton area. He was reportedly known to disappear from his home on 30 April 2022.
His fiance last got in touch with him when they texted each other. However, he suddenly stopped messaging her, and then no one heard of him.

She added, “and because he is solidly built, he’s a male, and he can take care of himself at this stage.” His loved ones described the tragedy as “very out of character.”
