George Brooksbank, a former cricketer for Hertfordshire County Cricket Club, was born in 1981 and is a British business executive. Fairway Capital and Leconfield Property Group are his companies, and he is the founder and current CEO.

According to the PA, Eugenie’s three-year-husband Jack Brooksbank’s father, George Brooksbank, died last week. After battling the coronavirus last year, George, 72, had “been sick for some months,” according to the outlet.
The Brooksbank family was urged to “prepare for the worst” several times while he was in the hospital with COVID-19 after a vacation to France, according to The Telegraph. He spent nine weeks in the hospital, including five weeks on a ventilator.
Following a tracheotomy, George’s condition improved, and he credited his recovery to the professionals at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London and the Royal Brompton Hospital.
Brookbank was born in London, England, and attended Cheltenham College.
He is a Cass Business School alumnus with a master’s degree in property valuation and law.
