Obituary: Amy Mullis Death Cause
Amy Mullis’s death cause was the injuries that she sustained from the reported falling on a corn rake.
The official obituary published mentioned that Amy had died due to the severe wounds that she got after she fell on the farming tool.
Her son and husband both confirmed that the woman was feeling dizzy that day from the effect of an outpatient medical procedure that she underwent four days before.
CBS News clearly outlines all the sequence of the told story in a timeline that highlights the happenings.
Apparently, when Todd and Trysten returned from the farm, they searched Amy in the red shed after not finding her elsewhere.
Inside the shed, they found her lying unconscious and severely injured.
While she died during treatment in a hospital, the investigation showed six injury holes in her body.
But there are only four spikes on a corn rake. This led to the alleged murderer being the husband.
Investigators believe that a man suspected of killing his wife had some concerning internet searches.

Amy Mullis Affair And Husband Todd Mullis
Officers found that Amy Mullis had an affair with a worker on the Delaware County farm when they interrogated her friends.
But her husband, Todd Mullis, after being arrested mentioned that he didn’t know about the affair.
When Todd’s search history was later looked at, they found that the man had searched about ‘what happens to cheating wives’ and ‘the thrill of murder’.
All these evidential facts and the hint that he might have killed Amy due to her extramarital affair led to the arrest of the man.
The verdict on the man and other happenings of the murder case is yet to be premiered on the new episodes of 48 Hours.
