Latham who is holding an honorable job as a National Gaurd but kills his neighbor by letting his emotions get out of control and brags about the death of his neighbor on social media is deserving the sentence that was issued to him.
Nevertheless, the killing of Mr. Durham has disturbed society and has brought serious realization against the content creators and Tiktokers who tend to perform any unnecessary and dangerous activity for the content.

Zachary Latham was a private for National Gaurd at 18 years old, Zachary and Durham’s family were neighbors but they did not get along thus the fatal conflict brought the death of Durham.
Latham filmed videos online and posted his taunt against Ms. Durham calling her “Karen” when she was complaining about her dangerous driving habit. Thus, the video that she was complaining about got about 3 million views.
Upon his rise to fame, Zachary is accused of killing Durham to be Tiktok famous, thus clash between Durham and Zachary resulted in the death of Durham.
Likewise, Ms. Durham and their sons are also charged with trespassing and minor assault charges. Latham’s public defender argued that his client was defending himself against Mr. Durham which resulted in his death.

Durham considered Zachary a menace in the neighborhood, as he used to drive too fast and become too loud in the area. Durham’s lawyers state that Latham murdered Durham for his social media clout.
Moreover, Latham was also causing trouble to the Durham family after Mr. Durham filed a case against him for driving recklessly. since then they were enemies with each other. By using provoking Ms. Durham and posting her video, to swerving the truck toward their 17-year-old son.
Finally, killing Mr. Durham by causing an altercation for the clout was the final result of their bloody clash with each other. 18-year-old, Latham stated that he was protecting his wife Sarah but the Durham’s lawyers argued that if they were afraid they would be inside the house.
Hence, due to ego, fame, and pride, the Latham committed a horrible crime that has shaken the people of the country.
Nevertheless, the court did not hear, the plea of Latham as he was sentenced to 17 years in prison for manslaughter.
