Yevgeny Kulesh was a performer in the Bolshoi theater.
He was 37 years old at the time of his death. His date of birth and family details have not been revealed yet.
According to the local media, he has been a performer in the theatre since 2002. He has managed to gain a lot of experience and popularity in this field.
He was specialized in mimicry and was on the stage of the opera “Sadko” when he died doing what he loved on the evening of 9th October.

On Saturday, he died during a set change in the opera Sadko, according to the theater. He is suspected of being hit by a ramp, and video posted online shows artists anxiously trying to get employees to lift the prop.
“The performance was promptly interrupted, and the audience was requested to leave the hall,” the Bolshoi stated in a statement released Saturday evening.
According to the report, Mr. Kulesh was seriously injured and died before an ambulance arrived at the theatre.
Unfortunately, some crowd members posted on social media that they initially mistook the accident for part of the show. They only realized the severity of the situation as the panic escalated, and someone reportedly cried, “call the ambulance, there is blood.”
The Investigative Committee in Moscow has also stated that an investigation into what transpired has begun.
This isn’t the first time the world-famous theater has been struck by tragedy. There was a similar case in 2011 and 2013 also.

Kulesh was married to another actor from the set, whose name has yet to be revealed. Since they were ten years old, these two had been together and studied and worked together at the Bolshoi Theatre.
He was said to be living in Orekhovo Zuyevo with his mother, Zhenina. There isn’t any concrete information on his divorce from his wife, but it’s been reported that the two haven’t been together in a long time.
Kulesh didn’t have any children of his own but was close to his wife’s children, according to his friends.
