Wanda Palmer, a West Virginia-based woman, became the victim of an attack in her home near Cottageville.
That incident in 2020 made her end up in the hospital and resulted in her in a coma. For two years, the real attacker was not found, and justice had not been served until recently.
Eventually, the miracle happened after two years, and the truth finally came out with the victim naming the actual culprit behind her ending up in the hospital and coma.

Who Is West Virginia Woman Wanda Palmer? Beaten And Fell Into Coma
Wanda Palmer is a Ravenswood, West Virginia resident, who was beaten so badly that she fell into a coma two years ago.
Her Facebook bio states that she is a country girl hard worker disabled due to a wreck in 1998 going to work GS of WV wiring harness plant.
Wanda Palmer had a terrible experience inflicted by her close family member. Well, she was brutally attacked in her home with a machete or ax near Ravenswood in 2020. Her Neighbors found her unconscious and slumped over a couch in her home on Flatwoods Road in Ravensville, West Virginia, on June 10, 2020.
And since then, she has been lying in the hospital and nursing home in a coma. Recently, she became able to speak some and eventually gave shocking clues about her attacker. Wanda had been in a coma since the brutal attack nearly killed her. And as told by Sheriff Ross Mellinger, she was able to recently identify her attacker, and the arrest was made today.
According to the sheriff, Palmer was in bad shape and was unconscious, circling the drain medically. The police personnel also revealed that the victim has massive head trauma, consistent with some sort of machete or hatchet-type injury.
On June 27, 2022, Wanda started to mutter some words after being in a coma for about two years. And after over ten days, police visited Wanda in the nursing home on July 10, where she was receiving care, and probed her about the incident.
Wanda Palmer Accused Brother Daniel Palmer Related To Incident
Wanda Palmer accused her 55-year-old brother Daniel Palmer concerning her attack incident.
He was reportedly charged with attempted murder and malicious wounding for the June 2020 attack on his sister. This left Wanda Palmer with life-threatening injuries and led to her being in a nursing home in a coma for the previous two years.
After hospitalization and being in a coma resulting from being attacked, hacked, and left for dead, Wanda Palmer is now awake, naming the real perpetrator and seeing her attacker get the punishment he deserves.
Daniel has since been arrested by Jackson County, WV deputies and charged with attempted murder and malicious wounding concerning a 2020 attack against his sister that left her in hospital.
When the police asked Wanda why Daniel assaulted her, Wanda stated that he was mean. According to the reports, the court records also disclosed that Daniel had a violent history, and perhaps his sister also became the innocent victim of his violent nature.
