Who Is Tyler Harding, 27? Suspect In High-Speed Chase Charlotte NC
According to CMPD, Tyler Harding has been charged with burglary, four counts of car theft, two charges of felony hit-and-run, possession of a stolen car, felony running to avoid arrest, two crimes of burglary, and several traffic infractions.
The second suspect and passenger in the incident on Wednesday have also been named by CMPD as 28-year-old Christa Brooke Harding. According to the police, she is accused of possessing a stolen automobile.
After driving wildly throughout the Charlotte region for more than an hour on Wednesday afternoon, Tyler in auto theft is in custody. According to CMPD, a Jeep was taken after a residential break-in that was reported.
According to police, Tyler later stole three more automobiles. In the Walmart parking lot at the Whitehall Commons Shopping Center on South Tryon Street, a car was stolen. The man sped through the city, sometimes on the opposite side of the road, on sidewalks, and through parking lots of stores.
