R&B singer Trey Songz has been accused of sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend at a house party in a $20m lawsuit.
The incident is said to have occurred in March 2016 in Los Angeles.
Per court docs reviewed by TMZ, the woman, identified as Jane Doe, stated the 37-year-old artist forced her to have anal sex against her consent.
She claims she had a consensual relationship with the music artist.
The woman alleges Trey invited her upstairs at the party, according to a lawsuit seen by the outlet.
She claimed that the songwriter continually raped her.
In the suit, she described the alleged rape as “brutal” and claimed the artist turned into a “savage rapist”.
Court documents claim that the alleged victim’s Uber driver saw she was distressed and took her to the hospital.
She is suing the singer for $20million in damages.
Meanwhile, Trey Songz has strongly denied the allegations.
