The Blount family joined dozens of others who have already filed a lawsuit against Scott, alleging that “grossly negligent conduct” as AstroFest.
They hired the attorney Brent Crump to represent the young Ezra’s life-threatening injuries. The complaint says that the 9-year-old was kicked, stepped on, and trampled, and nearly crushed to death.
