Timothy Raines was arrested on Thursday, July 28, 2022, after he was also found linked with the death of a 22-month-old girl.
Previously, his daughter Anna and son-in-law Jesse were arrested with links to the death of his granddaughter due to negligence. It was revealed that the couple and the toddler lived together with Timothy’s father.
The scene of the room was pretty disturbing, according to investigators. There were a lot of cigarettes and burns in and around the baby’s bed and urine on clothes and blankets.
They even found drugs in the toddler’s diaper bag, and loaded syringes were found in the child’s reach.
